Fall 2023 Semester - If your Financial Aid exceeds your bill, you can charge books to your Financial Aid beginning August 2, 2023, in the MCC Follet bookstore. If you have a late starting course, you may charge at the bookstore a week before your course begins.
When a refund is being processed by the MCC Business Office, students will receive an email notification to their MCC student email address. The notification will include the date your direct deposit will be deposited into your bank account, or when your refund check will be mailed.
Due to Federal Regulations, one semester loans must be paid in two separate disbursements.
Fall 2023 Pay date is 9/18/23, 10/16/23 and at the end of the semester with the processing of Fall 2023 final grades (1/8/24). Students do not necessarily receive a refund on each pay date.
