Get help using 'First Time Login'

First Time Login

  1. Visit the Self Service Password Reset link to login to your account for the first time. 
  2. Enter your username, which is your full MCC email address and fill in the security CAPTCHA.
  3. After you login, download the Microsoft Authenticator app or set-up other two-factor authentication methods. Visit montcalm.edu/technology for more information on two-factor authentication.
