Planned Giving

The Planned Giving feature allows the Advancement Officer to view the different types of planned gifts that are currently being solicited and those that have already been received by your organization.  Information displayed is determined by the institution database.

  1. From the Planned Gift feature, click the View status of planned gifts link.

  2. The Initiative Summary screen appears and lists planned gifts that are tracked and managed by the Advancement Officer who is logged in. The information that is displayed may include the following:

    • Type of planned gift

    • Name of the constituent

    • Current status of the gift in the cultivation process

    • Amount that is being solicited or has been committed or received

  3. Click a specific Constituent link to see a summary of planned giving information for that Constituent. The following may be displayed:

    • Planned gift details

    • Designations or gift categories

    • Changed in status

    • Associated contact details
