Campus Portal Setup

Several configurations need to be completed before the integration of Jenzabar One and the Campus Portal can work properly. This section holds information about setting up your Campus Portal and the features that are often used across multiple Campus Portal features.


Depending on the features your school is using, you may not need to complete all setup steps. Many of the setup steps in the list below only need to be completed once by your school's IT Administrator.

    Online Payment Administration


    The Online Payment Administration feature allows your school to integrate online payment tools using Authorize.Net. If this feature is not setup properly, users will not be able to make payment through the Campus Portal. The only features that use online payments are:

    • Admissions Officers

    • Alumni & Donors

    • Candidates & Prospects

    • Parent

    • Student
